Minis (4-7)

The Minis class introduces young athletes to basketball basics, focusing on skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. Through fun activities, kids develop motor skills, teamwork, and character, building confidence and a love for the game!

Youth Hoopers (7-10)

The Youth Hoopers Curriculum develops basketball fundamentals like dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense, while improving coordination and agility. Through drills and team activities, kids build teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship, gaining confidence on and off the court.

Junior Academy (11-13)

The Junior Academy refines basketball skills like shooting, ball handling, passing, and defense through drills and team play. Focusing on teamwork, communication, and mental toughness, it helps players improve their game and boost confidence.

Ballers Academy (14-18)

Ballers Academy elevates players’ skills for higher competition, focusing on advanced techniques, basketball IQ, and game strategy. Athletes refine shooting, ball handling, passing, and defense while building physical conditioning, mental toughness, and leadership to take their game to the next level.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning program boosts strength, agility, and explosiveness to enhance basketball skills and overall athletic performance. Through targeted workouts, athletes build power, speed, and endurance to perform at their best.

Group Classes

Our Group Cardio Fitness classes combine high-intensity intervals and strength training to boost endurance, burn calories, and build strength. With expert coaching and a motivating group environment, you'll achieve your fitness goals while having fun.

Shooting Lab

Refine your shot with high-rep training and cutting-edge shooting machines designed to improve accuracy and consistency.

Varsity Program

Our Varsity Program trains athletes to compete at the highest level. While varsity placement isn't guaranteed, we provide the skills, support, and personalized training to help players reach their potential and increase their chances of making the team.

Collegiate Program

Our Collegiate Program prepares athletes for college-level competition with advanced training, strength conditioning, and game strategy. We refine skills, build mental toughness, and provide highlight videos and player promotion for scout exposure. While college placement isn't guaranteed, we equip players with the tools to maximize their recruitment chances.
