Athletes train consistently to build confidence, skill, athleticism, and game iq before applying it in competition.

What age groups do you train?

• Minis (3–7)

• Ballers / Varsity (14–18)
Each level follows a structured progression based on age and development.

What does a typical session look like?

• Skills development (ball handling, shooting, finishing, physical contact)
• Performance training (footwork, agility, strength, injury prevention, reaction training)
• Game application (decision-making, spacing, basketball IQ)

Do you offer performance training, and is it only for basketball players?

Yes, and it’s not limited to basketball players.
Our performance training focuses on speed, strength, agility, coordination, and injury prevention. Athletes from all sports will benefit, and sessions can be adjusted for sport specific needs.

How is your AAU program structured?

Our approach combines:

The goal is to help athletes feel prepared and confident in competitive environments.

Yes. Team UNEQLD is for athletes who train consistently and demonstrate commitment.
Once ready, athletes have the opportunity to try out for one of our 15 teams.
